The key to a healthy diet is to eat the right amount of calories for how active you are so you balance the energy you consume with the energy you use. Some tips are: 
  1.  Do not skip breakfast 
  2. Always drink water 
  3. Eat less salty food
  4. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables 
  5. Base your meals on higher fibre starchy carbohydrates
